I have got a family case where a wife wants to get divorce from her husband. Her father visited my office and told me the grim side of the story. His daughter had a quarrel with her mother-in-law. Her husband got angry and told her that he is going to divorce her. Sensing the seriousness in his tone, she started apologising to her husband. The husband refused to hear her apology and instead told her that he has divorced her.
The husband also told her in order for them to remarry, she needs to first marry his younger brother and perform intercourse with him before getting a divorce.
Hearing this, the girl left the house and decided to get a divorce instead of being shared by two people.
