What Constitution says about parliamentarians: Parliamentarian are supposed to legislate: make new laws and change the existing laws.
What voters expect from elected-representatives: They are supposed to help voters deal with police and revenue department, help the voters in getting desired transfer and postings.
What media thinks about politicians: They have nothing to do except bad mouth and criticize their political rivals.
What parliamentarian says about himself: I have to win the next elections as well. I have to recover the expenses of the last election and save some money for the next elections. Hell with the constitution and the media. They are not my voters.
