There is always a first time for everything. This is Abdul Raqeeb, a 73-year-old cultivator from Jhelum. He is my friend's client. Raqeeb was on his first tour to Rawalpindi. He lives 100 kms away from the garrison city but never visited the city before. He keenly observed all skyscrapers being constructed at Rawalpindi's entrance from GT Road.
